About the Role
As a Feasibility Analytics Manager (Advanced), you’ll play a crucial role in delivering clinical trial analytics and data-driven insights to optimize feasibility operations and predictive trial enrollment. This position requires collaboration with multiple global teams, including Feasibility Analytics Heads, Global Feasibility Leads, and Data Science teams, to create efficient and impactful solutions that guide trial execution strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver analytical insights for clinical trial feasibility, benchmarking, and enrollment modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program and protocol planning.
  • Implement new technologies related to feasibility and predictive modeling.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret trial data to improve enrollment projections and site selection.
  • Generate feasibility intelligence services such as competitive landscape, country tiering, and site profiling.
  • Validate analytical packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological innovations to enhance trial performance.
  • Lead and mentor other analysts and contribute to global development initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain analytical methodologies for feasibility insights and process improvements.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, data analytics, or healthcare-related field required.
  • Master’s degree or higher preferred (in Data Science, Biostatistics, Clinical Research, or related areas).

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical trial operations, pharmaceutical research, or CRO settings.
  • Proven expertise in data analytics, trial modeling, and feasibility systems.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CTMS, Study Optimizer, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience in statistical analysis, simulation, and enrollment forecasting.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
