Job Overview
Curio Digital is seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant (Sales Focus) to keep sales operations running smoothly. You’ll manage the CRM, keep deals moving, support leadership, and help the team operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the deal pipeline in HubSpot.
- Research and gather company information for prospecting.
- Assist with initial responses to outbound email campaigns.
- Organize, maintain, and optimize HubSpot CRM.
- Review and manage CEO’s emails; draft responses when needed.
- Add custom information to client proposals in PandaDoc.
- Provide updates during sales stand-up meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, sales administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management and optimization.
- Excellent written communication skills, especially for persuasive sales writing.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed.
- Comfortable with HubSpot, PandaDoc, and email platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred / Brownie Points
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech-focused sales environments.
- Familiarity with outbound email automation tools.
- Experience supporting executives in a fast-growing company.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement better workflows.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in project management or CRM systems are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years supporting executives or sales teams in a professional setting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM management, sales operations, and client communications.
