Location: Bosnia and Herzegovina (Remote)
Join Curio Digital, a fast-growing website design and development studio serving B2B SaaS and tech companies. We create conversion-focused websites in Webflow and help teams optimize performance with UX, SEO, and analytics. Our small, senior team values ownership, curiosity, and efficiency, and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to keep our sales operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and manage the deal pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
- Research companies and gather information for prospecting efforts.
- Assist with initial responses to outbound email campaigns.
- Organize, maintain, and optimize HubSpot CRM processes.
- Review and organize the CEO’s emails, drafting responses as appropriate.
- Customize client proposals in PandaDoc.
- Provide regular updates during sales stand-up meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management and optimization.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in persuasive sales writing.
- Proactive and self-directed, able to move tasks forward independently.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with HubSpot, PandaDoc, and email platforms.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech-focused sales environments.
- Familiarity with outbound email automation tools.
- Experience supporting executives in fast-growing companies.
- Ability to identify process improvements and suggest better workflows.
