Role Overview

We’re seeking an EV Fleet Facilities Program Manager to lead strategic planning and execution for a high-tech client’s EV Charging Program. In this role, you will manage nationwide charger deployments and facility operations, ensuring scalable, efficient solutions aligned with business goals.

You’ll coordinate across diverse teams ecurity, Networking, Operations, Facility Management and develop standards, processes, and tools that drive program success. As the key liaison, you’ll bridge internal stakeholders and external partners to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for EV charging infrastructure, including pre-construction activities and daily facility operations.
  • Oversee Vendor Owned Vendor Operated (VOVO) and Charging as a Service (ChaaS) initiatives, managing schedules, budgets, and onboarding aligned with client strategy.
  • Gather and translate program requirements from cross-functional teams into infrastructure solutions.
  • Conduct due diligence: site visits, permitting investigations, and electrical/property assessments.
  • Present executive-level business cases addressing infrastructure and technology needs.
  • Build strong relationships across divisions and with partners to align investments and portfolio strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams including Global Places & Services, Product Operations, Legal, Finance, Security, and Network.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and dashboards for the EV fleet facilities program.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in EV charging or large-scale real estate projects (300,000+ sq. ft.).
  • Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects valued at $20M+ each.
  • Strong skills in business relationship management and strategic alignment across divisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive project success through diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in industrial operations, R&D, lab, or commercial office environments.
  • Background in process improvements to streamline project delivery.
  • Advanced financial reporting and budget management capabilities.
  • Interest or experience in the automotive or rideshare industries.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments, ideally in tech sectors.
