About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Education Blogger who can write engaging, research-based, and parent-friendly content about child speech milestones, language learning, and the power of technology in education. This role is perfect for someone who already runs an active blog in the education or parenting niche and wants to partner with a purpose-driven startup making a real difference in children’s communication development.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, write, and publish original, SEO-optimized blog posts on speech, language, and educational topics
- Collaborate with SLPs and the SpeechLP content team to ensure accuracy and empathy in every article
- Simplify complex educational and developmental research into easy-to-read, actionable content
- Plan and manage an editorial calendar around awareness months, trending education topics, and seasonal themes
- Promote SpeechLP content across your own digital channels and social media platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Journalism, Communications, English, Linguistics, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in education writing, blogging, or digital content creation
- Familiarity with child development, early learning, or speech/language topics (preferred)
- A compassionate and relatable writing style that resonates with parents and educators
- Working knowledge of SEO strategies, content planning, and blogging platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
