Director, Client Development – Call Center

Location: Remote

About the Role

Are you passionate about leading teams and driving sales growth? Join us as a Director of Client Development where you’ll spearhead client acquisition efforts, develop strategic sales initiatives, and lead a dynamic team of client development professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client development initiatives to grow sales and revenue.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for client prospecting and acquisition.
• Oversee and mentor a team of client development specialists to achieve targets.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through consultative selling and effective communication.
• Monitor sales activities, report on progress, and adjust strategies as needed.

What You Need to Succeed

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 5–7 years of client development or sales management experience, preferably in call centers or B2B environments.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing successful teams.
• Strong skills in budgeting, CRM management, deal closing, and sales prospecting.
• Excellent communicator and public speaker, able to lead presentations and client meetings.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Preferred: Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) certification.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to work in an office or remote environment.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, and using office technology for extended periods.
