Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Vision:
    Define and execute the roadmap for Kaplan CertPrep from market validation to full-scale go-to-market execution, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • AI Marketing & Sales:
    Develop and optimize AI-powered digital marketing strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs and scale efficiently.
  • Product Strategy Ownership:
    Lead product strategy and ensure the creation of AI-driven test prep products that meet real market needs.
  • Growth Opportunities:
    Identify and penetrate new niche markets through targeted campaigns and digital funnels (B2C, B2G, B2I).
  • Operational Excellence:
    Implement scalable processes in marketing automation, sales, and content production with clear KPIs and performance tracking.
  • Team Leadership:
    Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital marketing and sales team, fostering innovation and commercial agility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong strategic leadership in digital product launches and growth.
  • Experience in AI-driven marketing and product development.
  • Proven record of driving revenue growth through digital channels.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI-powered product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Background in EdTech, SaaS, or startup incubation environments.
  • Knowledge of advanced digital marketing, growth hacking, and lead generation.
  • Experience working with venture capital or startup accelerators is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Communications is preferred

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience launching and scaling digital products or ventures.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
  • 1+ year of experience working with AI-driven product creation and marketing.
  • Proven success leading teams and managing product life cycles end-to-end.
