About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding remote team. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated by personal growth. You’ll design and manage digital campaigns, optimize funnels, and lead marketing initiatives that drive awareness and client engagement for our global programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on personal development and wellness audiences
- Manage lead generation funnels and automation tools to boost conversions and engagement
- Utilize CRM systems, analytics, and automation to track performance and improve ROI
- Conduct structured phone interviews with candidates (scripts and training provided)
- Mentor and support new clients through onboarding and coaching sessions
- Collaborate remotely with a global, mission-driven marketing team
- Participate in weekly virtual meetings and professional development sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, advertising, or lead generation
- Strong knowledge of paid ads, email marketing, and CRM systems (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Proven ability to design marketing funnels and use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently
