Job Overview:
Delta Faucet Company is seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and support consumer-facing digital strategies for the Delta® brand. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple digital channels, including social media, email/CRM, paid media, and SEO. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with Brand, Creative Services, Web, Channel, and Product teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and others, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.
- Plan, create, and schedule content aligned with national marketing campaigns and brand priorities.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns on social media, email/CRM, paid media, and blogs to drive conversions.
- Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights for campaigns using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SEO tools (AHREFs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Support SEO optimization for on-site blog content to increase organic search visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Web, Creative Services, and Customer teams to execute digital initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and platforms to optimize campaign results.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to maintain a forward-thinking strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO, paid digital media, and performance reporting.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Emplifi, Sprout Social).
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and SEO tools.
- Understanding of email/CRM systems, campaign tracking, and optimization.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Bonus skills: SEM, influencer/affiliate marketing, HTML, SQL, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign.
