Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and analytical Digital Marketing Account Manager with strong affiliate marketing expertise to lead and grow our e-commerce client portfolio. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — capable of managing client relationships, executing paid and affiliate campaigns, and optimizing for measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships, onboarding, and communication with clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute affiliate and paid media strategies aligned with client objectives and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, analytics, and development to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
  • Manage affiliate partnerships, negotiate commissions, and implement promotional strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CVR, EPC, Net Revenue, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing, track conversion paths, and recommend data-backed improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports and performance insights to clients.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, manage tracking and tagging, and maintain organized workflows.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, preferably with a focus on affiliate marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships in a lead-facing role.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, affiliate networks (Awin, Impact, CJ, Pepperjam, etc.), and campaign management tools.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate growth strategies, campaign optimization, and partner management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under deadlines.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or affiliate marketing within an agency or brand environment.
