Job Overview:
All For Kids, a leading nonprofit organization in Palmdale, CA, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Lead to manage and optimize our data operations. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives on accuracy, teamwork, and purpose, ensuring every record, report, and system supports our mission of transforming lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily data entry operations, ensuring precision and timeliness.
- Coordinate office activities and manage interagency client tracking.
- Maintain databases and collaborative systems securely and efficiently.
- Generate reports and insights from raw data to support program decisions.
- Support staff, clients, and partners with professionalism and care.
- Uphold confidentiality and data integrity in all operations.
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree or enrollment in a certification program in Information Systems, Database Management, or Office Technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration and data entry.
Required Skills:
- Strong computer literacy: Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Access, Adobe.
- Familiarity with collaborative websites and database systems.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality in a multicultural environment.
