What You’ll Do

  • Deliver world-class, empathetic support to Canadian customers in both French and English.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Manage multiple inquiries across phone, email, and chat simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Identify common customer challenges and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and products.
  • Consistently meet key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), retention, response time, and productivity.

Who You Are

  • A people-first communicator fluent in French and English with a passion for helping others.
  • Experienced in providing exceptional customer service to Canadian customers for at least 2 years.
  • Skilled at handling high volumes of inquiries across digital channels with professionalism and patience.
  • Comfortable working remotely as a self-starter who manages time and priorities effectively.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to work well under pressure and solve problems creatively.
  • Flexible to work weekends and holidays, especially during peak seasons like November and December.
  • Eager to grow, learn, and collaborate with a team driven by continuous improvement.

Education & Experience

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; post-secondary education or customer service certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service, preferably supporting Canadian consumers in a remote or contact center environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally in French and English across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office technology is preferred.
