Role Overview:
Synergy Pet Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to deliver exceptional support and ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers. This remote, full-time role is ideal for professionals passionate about pets and customer service, who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage at least 40 daily customer interactions via phone, email, and LiveChat with accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues end-to-end and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately process account updates and changes within 24 hours.
- Handle complex customer concerns professionally and proactively.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify emerging trends and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teammates to share insights and best practices.
- Participate in training, meetings, and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional customer service experience (call center, customer success, or support center preferred).
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within the first 3–6 months.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork.
- Passion for pets is a plus; experience in pet insurance or veterinary services is beneficial.
