Job Overview:
Night is seeking a talented Content Writer & Producer to join our digital media brand focused on personal and professional growth. This part-time, hybrid role offers the chance to research, write, and pitch innovative content while collaborating with a creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and produce scripts, articles, and social media posts for multiple digital platforms.
• Pitch creative content ideas, trends, and storytelling concepts.
• Track and stay updated on workplace, career, and lifestyle trends for Millennials and Gen Z.
• Assist with production, content planning, and coordination as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute content strategy effectively.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of modern career, lifestyle, and personal growth topics.
• Passion for social media and digital trends.
• Familiarity with professional environments (corporate or HR/recruiting experience is a plus).
• Excellent research, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Up-to-date with business and culture news from sources like HBR, Forbes, WSJ, and Morning Brew.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Previous experience in content creation, writing, or media production preferred but not mandatory.

Work Details:

• Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid; in-office required 2x/week)
• Work Hours: Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week
