Role Overview

As a Freelance AI Trainer in Civil Engineering, you’ll contribute your specialized knowledge to help AI models tackle complex civil engineering problems with accuracy and sophistication. You’ll create challenging prompts, develop scoring criteria, and refine AI-generated responses to push the boundaries of what AI can achieve.

What You’ll Do

• Design and generate prompts that challenge AI models in civil engineering topics.
• Define clear scoring systems to assess AI responses for accuracy and completeness.
• Review and correct AI answers using your expert knowledge.
• Adapt quickly between different projects and complex guidelines to maintain high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Structural Engineering
• Geotechnical Engineering
• Environmental Engineering
• Transportation Engineering
• Water Resources Engineering
• Construction Engineering and Management
• Urban and Regional Planning
• Civil Engineering Materials Science
• Coastal and Ocean Engineering
• Earthquake Engineering
• Surveying and Geomatics
• Hydraulic Engineering
• Infrastructure Engineering
• Public Health Engineering
• Sustainable Engineering
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python programming, with practical experience using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
• Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Other: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design creative, computationally intensive problems.
