About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Intern to join our growing marketing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the online presence of a fast-growing fintech startup while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand storytelling, and AI-driven communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Create and publish engaging visual and written content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook
- Manage daily posting schedules and community interactions to enhance engagement
- Monitor social media analytics and generate reports on performance and audience insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, AI innovations, and competitor activities to inform content direction
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to support broader brand initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO)
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and AI-related topics
- Ability to analyze data and present insights to improve campaign performance
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup
Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience or internships in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation are preferred
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite is a plus
