Location: France Remote
Overview:
Join Talan, a global consulting and technology expert group, and be part of an international team driving innovation and transformation for clients across finance, energy, industry, transport, and luxury sectors. As a Business Analyst in the Capital Market Front Office, you will work within IT Front Office teams of a leading investment bank to launch new products, implement pricing models, and enhance existing financial models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements and specifications.
- Plan and coordinate projects using Agile methodology.
- Write functional specifications, oversee user acceptance testing, and support production deployment.
- Support change management and guide end-users through new processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of financial and IT solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Engineering School, Business School, or specialized Master).
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments including vanilla and exotic products (FX, IRD, credit derivatives, securitization, commodities).
- Experience with P&L, Greeks, VAR calculation, and financial reporting.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in SQL and Agile project methodology.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and team-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Creative, flexible, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in business analysis, finance, or capital markets, preferably in a front-office or investment banking environment.
- Experience in financial product implementation, risk management, or pricing model development is a plus.
