Backend Engineer Solution Architect

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who is both an expert coder and comfortable making high-level architectural decisions. You’ll be designing and scaling the systems powering our innovative data platforms, working closely with an experienced remote team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge Big Data projects in the real estate sector.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead design and development of scalable backend services using C# and .NET 9
• Architect APIs and distributed systems that handle large-scale data
• Manage data orchestration and warehousing with SQL Server and NoSQL databases
• Implement concurrency, multi-threading, and asynchronous programming to ensure optimal system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to both coding and system architecture decisions in a fully remote environment

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience with C#/.NET
• Proven track record designing and scaling APIs and distributed systems
• Strong expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases at scale
• Hands-on experience with concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS
• Background in enterprise-level projects or large-scale data analytics
• Previous experience in remote, collaborative environments
