Mindrift is seeking talented Automotive Engineers with Python expertise to join our global network of AI Trainers. As part of our mission to ethically shape the future of AI, you’ll collaborate on cutting-edge Generative AI projects that require real-world engineering expertise.
Role Overview
As a Freelance AI Trainer, you’ll help improve AI models’ reasoning and problem-solving skills in automotive engineering. This includes:
- Generating prompts to challenge AI systems.
- Defining scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses.
- Correcting AI outputs based on your domain-specific knowledge.
- Contributing to projects that influence how AI understands complex engineering concepts.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in your engineering specialty.
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
- Ability to design complex, computationally intensive engineering problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Language: Advanced English (C1 or above).
- Flexibility: Ready to learn new methods, switch between tasks, and work with complex guidelines.
