About the Role

As an AI Trainer / Data Annotator, you’ll work on project-based freelance assignments that help shape the next generation of Generative AI.

Your work may include rating AI-generated content, verifying factual accuracy, or classifying data according to detailed guidelines. This is a remote, flexible opportunity suitable for freelancers, students, and professionals who want to contribute to cutting-edge AI research

Key Responsibilities

• Review various types of content (text, images, or videos).
• Label or classify content according to project-specific guidelines.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Identify and flag incorrect, sensitive, or unclear material.
• Follow clear instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with the project team and ask clarifying questions when needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Linguistics, Communication, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
• 1+ year of professional experience in any field (tech, research, education, administration, etc.).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) both written and spoken.
• Excellent logical thinking, fact-checking, and reasoning skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence.

Education & Experience (Added)

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in data labeling, content moderation, QA testing, or research/analysis is an advantage.
• Prior freelance or remote work experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to complete assigned tasks.
