AI Delivery Director AI Center of Excellence

Prime Therapeutics is establishing an AI Center of Excellence and is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Director to lead the delivery and support of IT solutions that drive innovation and business value. This remote leadership role combines technical vision, strategic planning, and team development to ensure successful IT project delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Set technical vision and develop technology strategies aligned with long-term business growth and industry best practices.
• Provide thought leadership and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
• Oversee successful delivery of IT projects, services, and maintenance efforts across multiple business functions.
• Manage the selection, evaluation, integration, and ongoing performance of hardware, software, and IT processes.
• Build and lead transformational teams to design and execute key business and technical strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to align IT initiatives with business priorities.
• Plan departmental resources, budgets, and workforce strategy to ensure organizational goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and internal IT standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in IT-related roles, spanning multiple technologies and applications.
• 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Experience in project delivery, resource planning, budget management, and IT strategy execution.
• Preferred: Experience in PBM, healthcare, or regulated industries; interfacing with executive leadership; working with large systems integrators.

• Strong verbal and written communication, able to present complex material clearly.
• Advanced problem-solving, business analysis, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency in IT governance, project management frameworks, and security compliance.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
