About the Role
Join a dynamic team that supports members of the Vitality Program, helping them stay engaged and successful through top-notch customer support. As an Administrative Specialist, you'll be the first line of communication—interacting with members via email and live chat, resolving inquiries, and entering data accurately. If you're detail-oriented, people-focused, and love improving processes, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via email and live chat in a professional, helpful, and timely manner
- Troubleshoot program and platform issues, escalating when necessary
- Input data and member-submitted documentation into internal systems accurately
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external users
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Educate users on program details and website navigation
- Track and report recurring issues and customer feedback
- Create tickets for tech or system-related issues
- Assist with capturing and organizing submitted events or documentation
- Perform additional admin duties as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate's Degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing and data entry abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Background in healthcare, wellness programs, or insurance support
- Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems
