Job Overview: Account Executive

Envysion is looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. This role focuses on generating new and recurring revenues by selling cloud-based software solutions. You will be a hunter seeking new business opportunities while nurturing existing clients through consultative selling and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through market research, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from identifying prospects, delivering software demos, negotiating contracts, to closing deals
  • Act as a trusted solutions consultant, understanding and addressing clients’ unique business challenges and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and develop new business strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets
  • Provide accurate sales pipeline updates, forecasts, and reports to management

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields)
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 4+ years quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or software sales
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience selling to B2B customers, including C-level executives and franchisee owners
  • Knowledge of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, and convenience store industries is highly desirable
  • Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong solution selling and consultative sales skills with the ability to understand complex software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver compelling presentations
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, especially within restaurant and retail sectors
  • High level of self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with remote work and managing time effectively
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more as needed
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving attitude
