Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to execute day-to-day design needs across digital, print, and presentation formats. This role requires a sophisticated design sensibility to ensure all materials reflect the company’s brand standards and strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to create compelling visuals that support campaigns, storytelling, and internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
• Execute design projects across digital, print, and presentation formats (PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback efficiently.
• Translate complex marketing objectives into visual storytelling.
• Create design templates to maintain consistent brand expression.
• Drive brand aesthetics and visual system evolution in collaboration with marketing leaders.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure flexibility across the organization.
• Support multimedia projects and manage external agencies/vendors as needed.
• Conduct employee trainings on design tools and processes when required.
• Travel up to 10–20% for projects or client needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of in-house design work.
• Experience in digital, print, and presentation design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• A sophisticated design sensibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry experience is preferred.

Monthly Salary (Estimated for Overland Park, KS)

• Senior Graphic Designer (5–7 years experience): $5,000 – $6,500 USD per month, depending on skills and experience.
