This role is ideal for a creative professional with experience in real estate, sports, fitness, or apparel industries who can develop engaging, SEO-optimized content that drives brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies for real estate projects and niche markets.
• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media channels.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing, and cross-functional teams to maximize content engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve content relevance.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing performance.
• Create well-researched, persuasive, and audience-focused blogs and web content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional content writing experience, preferably in real estate or relevant industries.

• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
