About the Role

As a Planner Onsite at SD Worx Jobs, you are the vital link between the client, flexible workers, and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing complex staff schedules for a large pool of 150 flexible workers, coordinating day shifts and two-shift rotations. Your goal? To deliver efficient, smooth planning even under challenging conditions, while being the go-to contact for clients and workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily and periodic workforce schedules for flex workers on-site
• Serve as the first point of contact for flex workers regarding schedules, leave, illness, or shift swaps
• Maintain proactive communication with clients about forecasts, capacity needs, and required skills
• Identify scheduling bottlenecks and propose creative solutions, including using staff from other pools
• Advise clients and colleagues on optimal flexible workforce deployment
• Contribute to a positive work culture and maintain strong relationships with clients and workers

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: €2,700 to €3,700 gross/month based on experience

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum HBO (Higher Professional Education) level or equivalent
• Relevant experience in staff planning or scheduling
• Valid driver’s license
• Full-time availability
• Strong service mindset, excellent organization, and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Team player who thrives on collaboration and results
