Job Overview:
SAFA Burj Mall Islamabad, a premier mixed-use development in the heart of Islamabad’s B-17 sector, is seeking a skilled HR & Admin Executive. This full-time, on-site role involves managing HR operations, employee relations, and administrative functions while contributing to the smooth running of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations and HR policy implementation
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Coordinate staff activities and office operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Assist with administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong HR management and operational skills
  • Experience in developing HR policies and handling employee relations
  • Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
