Are you passionate about client success and relationship management? Inteliqo is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Specialist to join our team in Lahore!

Role Overview:
As a Client Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients after the sale, ensuring seamless onboarding, continuous support, and maximum value from our solutions. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Guide clients through onboarding and implementation tailored to their needs.
  • Understand clients’ business goals and help them achieve success using Inteliqo’s solutions.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address issues affecting satisfaction or retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for client needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Track client engagement and usage metrics to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Empathetic, customer-centric, and proactive mindset.
