About the Role

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about turning numbers into actionable insights?
As a Business Controller, you’ll play a key role in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and supporting decision-making processes. You’ll work closely with the finance team, management, and other departments to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and report key financial figures to support business strategy.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with management teams.
• Act as a financial partner for different business units, providing analytical insights and sparring with leadership.
• Monitor and improve financial performance, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance and controller teams on reporting improvements and financial tools.
• Assist in developing processes, tools, and methods for better financial control.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Controller, Financial Analyst, or a similar role.
• Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with database / SQL / BI tools.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English (written & spoken).
• Experience working in a hybrid or international environment is a plus.
