About the Role

Abacus Wealth Partners is looking for a dynamic professional who can balance executive assistance with project management. Whether supporting the CEO directly or assisting the Co-CIOs and Director of Impact, you will play a critical role in keeping operations organized, efficient, and impactful.

What You’ll Do

  • Calendar & Scheduling – Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and ensure smooth scheduling with built-in breaks for balance.
  • Project Coordination – Oversee timelines for staff, partner, and board meetings while keeping tasks and deadlines on track.
  • Meeting Support – Prepare agendas, send invites, take notes, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability.
  • Presentation & Design – Build engaging slide decks, reports, and documents with a creative eye for detail.
  • Team Communication – Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and keep executives and teams aligned through clear, professional communication.
  • Technology & Tools – Use platforms such as Google Workspace, Trello, Salesforce, and Zoom to streamline processes and stay organized.
  • Departmental Collaboration – Represent executives in meetings, coordinate across departments, and support event planning when needed.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Manager is highly valuable, but strong organizational and administrative backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, or Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a Mac environment and using Google Workspace is helpful.
