TeezJobs.com is partnering with an innovative tech company to find a Traffic Manager who’s great at keeping teams organized and projects on track. This full-time remote role is open to candidates based anywhere in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East, or Africa).

As a Traffic Manager, your job is to make sure the creative and marketing teams run smoothly. You’ll help plan and manage project schedules, assign tasks to the right people, and keep an eye on deadlines. You’ll be the one who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks—balancing priorities, solving problems before they grow, and keeping everyone in sync. You’ll also use tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello to stay on top of all the moving parts.

We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role—maybe as a traffic manager, project coordinator, or in a creative agency or software company. You should be comfortable working with multiple teams, juggling different projects, and handling last-minute changes. If you’ve worked in digital marketing, content production, or tech before, that’s a big plus. You’ll also need to be organized, a good communicator, and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Fluent English is required, and any additional languages are a bonus.
