Job Description

Cadet College Jhelum is inviting applications for the position of Physical Training Instructor (PTI) or Drill Instructor. This is a full-time, on-campus role where discipline, leadership, and physical fitness training are the key responsibilities.

As a PTI/Drill Instructor, you will be expected to lead morning drills, fitness routines, and physical education sessions, while also helping cadets build strength, stamina, and teamwork skills in line with the college’s military-style education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily physical training, drills, and fitness exercises for cadets.
• Monitor individual fitness progress and provide tailored guidance.
• Instill discipline, punctuality, and leadership qualities in students.
• Maintain a secure, respectful, and organized training environment.
• Collaborate with faculty on student behavior, performance, and development.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Education: Intermediate (FA/FSc). Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Prior military service, PTI certification, or experience in physical training and drill instruction is highly preferred.
• Skills: Leadership, physical fitness, communication, and team-building abilities are essential.
