Mindrift, a pioneering AI platform, is seeking experienced Mechanical/Automotive Engineering specialists to join as freelance AI Trainers. This remote opportunity allows you to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects while leveraging your professional expertise.
Role Overview:
As a Freelance AI Trainer, you will create, review, and refine AI training content, ensuring it meets high standards of accuracy and relevance. You will evaluate other experts’ work, moderate discussions, and provide constructive feedback to improve overall AI project quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine technical content for AI models in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering.
- Assess and verify the expertise of contributors participating in AI projects.
- Moderate project-related discussions and provide guidance to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Review completed tasks, provide feedback, and ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Mindrift team to improve AI understanding and performance in specialized domains.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s or PhD in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Working knowledge of Python programming.
- Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, or AI content reviewing.
- Background in teaching, training, or mentoring in engineering or technical domains.
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks, and follow complex guidelines.
