Job Summary:
Russell Tobin is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to accurately manage and process high volumes of data for our operations. This role ensures data integrity, quality compliance, and timely input across multiple systems, supporting key internal departments and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, validate, and manage large datasets within required timelines.
• Upload and verify Excel files, ensuring consistency and integrity across systems.
• Perform regular quality checks and maintain compliance with company standards.
• Prioritize daily workloads to efficiently complete assigned queues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Required Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency, including formulas, sorting, and file management.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with banking, mortgage operations, or claims processing is a plus.
