Job Overview:
All For Kids, a leading nonprofit organization in Palmdale, CA, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Lead to manage and optimize our data operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily data entry operations, ensuring precision and timeliness.
  • Coordinate office activities and manage interagency client tracking.

  • Generate reports and insights from raw data to support program decisions.
  • Support staff, clients, and partners with professionalism and care.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data integrity in all operations.

Education & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or enrollment in a certification program in Information Systems, Database Management, or Office Technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration and data entry.

Required Skills:

  • Strong computer literacy: Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Access, Adobe.
  • Familiarity with collaborative websites and database systems.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality in a multicultural environment.
