Job Overview:
Orchestrate Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support for the Growth and Shared Services functions within the Behavioral Health division. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience supporting corporate leadership and a passion for healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrative contact for senior leaders, ensuring smooth operations across divisions.
- Develop and improve office procedures to optimize workflow and anticipate future needs.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for executive events.
- Provide administrative assistance for advisory boards, corporate events, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 8–10 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior corporate executives.
- Strong understanding of professional office operations and administrative best practices.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare or related industries.
- Proficiency in document design, presentations, and event management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
