Description
ICON plc, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is seeking a Senior Operation Program Specialist to join our Reader Operations Cardiac team. This role offers the chance to work remotely from Mexico City while contributing to high-impact clinical operations that shape the future of healthcare.
What you will do:
- Support Operations by managing communication, scheduling, data inventory, and deliverables across the business.
- Generate and maintain operations reports, including delivery schedules, milestone updates, inventory tracking, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop and maintain departmental performance metrics for Image Analysis.
- Assist with capacity and resource planning for external technical resources.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement updates.
- Represent Operations in internal and external meetings when required.
- Support special projects as assigned by the VP of Operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Experience with cardiac or imaging clinical trials is a plus.
- Strong command of English (advanced level).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
