Join GEICO as a Claims Service Specialist and help policyholders when they need it most! This hybrid role offers training 100% in-office for 6-9 months, followed by a schedule of four days in-office and one day remote.
As a Claims Service Specialist, you’ll collect accident information, investigate claims, and gather statements from all involved parties. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming claims and provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or claims handling is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
