Job Overview
Mindrift is seeking a freelance Mechanical Engineer to support AI quality assurance as an AI Trainer. You will create and refine content, assess expert submissions, moderate project discussions, and audit work to ensure accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Refinement: Develop, review, and improve training content for AI models across various topics.
- Expert Assessment: Evaluate the qualifications of experts and review their submissions for accuracy.
- Chat Moderation: Address project-related questions in Discord chats, clarifying guidelines and procedures.
- Auditing Work: Review tasks completed by other experts, provide constructive feedback, and verify technical information.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- Experience in Python programming.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, or AI content review.
- Experience in teaching, lecturing, or training in your domain.
- Ability to learn quickly, switch between tasks, and handle complex guidelines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
Education
- Master’s or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
- Additional certifications in AI, Python, or data analysis are a plus.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional mechanical engineering experience.
- Previous experience in AI projects, content creation, or quality assurance is preferred.
- Experience in teaching or training in your field is an advantage.
