Job Overview
As a Mobile Health Clinician in New York City, you will provide direct patient care in home settings while working under the guidance of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). You’ll conduct assessments, administer treatment, maintain accurate medical records, and help patients overcome barriers to traditional healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive to patients’ homes to provide in-person care.
- Conduct guided assessments and administer treatment under telemedicine supervision.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with state regulations and DocGo standards.
- Support patient health management, medication adherence, and wellness goals.
- Provide culturally sensitive, compassionate care to adult and pediatric patients.
- Participate in continuing education and training programs.
- Adhere to clinical safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted CCMA certification.
- Minimum 2 years of recent CCMA experience.
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Valid NY Driver’s License (minimum 2 years) with a clean driving record.
- Experience in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Hospital Critical Care preferred.
- Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
- Phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of an accredited medical assisting program preferred.
Experience
- At least 2 years of clinical experience as a CCMA in relevant healthcare settings.
- Experience providing patient care under supervision in fast-paced environments.
Employment Type: Temporary (through 12/31/2025)
Hours: Full-Time, variable schedule
