Job Description:
Backpack is seeking a skilled Front-End Engineer (React Web) to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on building key front-end features for the Backpack Exchange, optimizing performance, and resolving bugs while owning projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement front-end features for web applications using React.
- Identify and fix bugs to ensure smooth performance.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with a fast-paced, innovative team passionate about web3 and crypto.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in front-end software development with a focus on React.
- Strong command of English for communication and collaboration.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or web3 projects is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or blockchain-based projects is advantageous.
