About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify, research, and generate new business opportunities for Upzenyth’s growing client base. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies, manage pipelines, and convert high-quality leads that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Use CRM tools to track, manage, and nurture leads effectively
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects
- Collaborate with the sales and strategy teams to improve lead conversion rates
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Analyze data to refine lead generation strategies and achieve monthly targets
- Communicate effectively with clients to build long-term professional relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support (preferably in B2B or SaaS industries)
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent communication, research, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with digital outreach and lead qualification techniques
