Join Mindrift’s Tendem project and help shape the future of hybrid AI systems where human expertise and Vibe Coding collaborate seamlessly. As a Freelance GenAI Developer, you’ll refine AI outputs, solve complex tasks, and optimize data workflows to deliver accurate, real-world results.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with AI systems to produce precise, reliable, and well-reasoned outputs backed by credible sources.
- Solve complex tasks across multiple domains using automation and AI support.
- Write and optimize Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and workflow efficiency.
- Handle and structure large datasets for analysis and AI integration.
- Develop and test advanced prompts for LLMs, improving AI output quality.
- Format outputs in required structures such as Markdown, JSON, tables, and more.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to AI workflows and integrations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of professional experience in AI automation, data engineering, software development, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or SciPy.
- Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI frameworks for automation and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) English or above.
