We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Telemarketing Agent to join our call center team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective and current patients to schedule hearing evaluations and follow-up appointments. This is not a customer service position—you will focus on outreach and scheduling, helping HearingLife Clinics provide life-changing hearing care.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to schedule hearing evaluations.
- Interact professionally and politely with patients and clinic staff.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and appointment schedules in company systems.
- Meet minimum targets for outbound calls, appointments, and call time per shift.
- Explain the value and benefits of HearingLife services to prospective patients.
- Book and track appointments across multiple systems.
- Maintain patient privacy and compliance with HIPAA federal guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve performance.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance goals.
- Experience in healthcare or call center environments is a plus.
