Job Overview:
HyreDay is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this fully remote role, you will drive organic growth, enhance online visibility, and implement effective SEO strategies for clients across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in technical SEO, keyword research, and performance analytics while collaborating with a creative, data-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies including on-page optimization, technical audits, content planning, and reporting.
- Conduct keyword research and build keyword portfolios aligned with client goals.
- Resolve technical SEO issues, optimize site structure, and monitor search performance.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce search-optimized assets.
- Analyze performance data using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in ecommerce or performance-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, link-building strategies, and keyword research.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven SEO decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify SEO and structured data/schema markup.
- Familiarity with CRO and content optimization strategies.
- Experience managing multi-client SEO programs.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Working Hours:
- Full-time role with flexible remote schedule, standard work hours are approx. 8 hours/day
