About the Role

As an Online Specialist at Hepdex, you will analyze, review, and provide feedback on a variety of online content, including texts, web pages, and images. Your insights will help improve search engine algorithms and enhance the user experience for people around the world. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to work independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate web content for relevance, accuracy, and quality.
  • Provide feedback on search results to help improve search engine performance.
  • Review texts, pages, and images using online tools and guidelines provided.
  • Identify and report inconsistencies or low-quality results to improve algorithms.
  • Ensure that feedback is clear, objective, and aligned with project standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication and comprehension skills.
  • Must have resided in the United States for the past 3 consecutive years.
  • Familiarity with U.S. culture, business, media, and current events.
  • Active user of Gmail, web browsers, and popular social media platforms.
  • Reliable broadband internet connection, smartphone (Android 5.0 or iOS 14+), and personal computer.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to follow instructions.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • No prior professional experience is required; training and assessment will be provided.
  • Experience with data entry, online research, or content reviewing is a plus but not mandatory.
