Job Overview:
GE Vernova is seeking a dedicated Web Moulding Technician I to join our team in Grand Forks, ND. In this role, you will perform precise steps in the web moulding process to produce high-quality blade components. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and experience in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute web moulding tasks according to detailed work instructions.
• Assist with vacuum checks to ensure quality standards.
• De-mould web components, cut and trim web halves, and assemble completed web units.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces in line with 5S standards.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Required Skills & Physical Abilities:

• Ability to lift or carry objects up to 40 lbs.
• Capacity to push or pull heavy objects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Competence in operating basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
• Must be able to wear a respirator as required.

Work Hours:

• Full-time, typically 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Salary Range:

• Estimated monthly salary: $3,500 – $4,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
