About the Role
Mindrift is looking for a Freelance AI Tutor in Coding with strong Kotlin development experience. In this role, you’ll help train AI models to handle specialized questions and complex reasoning tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate prompts that challenge AI models.
- Define scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses.
- Correct AI outputs using your domain-specific knowledge.
- Collaborate on projects aligned with your skills on a flexible schedule.
This role is fully remote all you need is a laptop, internet connection, and enthusiasm for AI and software development.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of Kotlin development experience (Android or server-side).
- Strong understanding of the JVM ecosystem and Java interoperability.
- Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Clean Architecture.
- Proficiency in coroutines, flows, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (Dagger, Hilt, Koin).
- Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and secure coding practices (OWASP).
- Strong debugging and optimization skills.
- Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
- Adaptable, quick learner, and able to work with complex guidelines.
