About the Role

We’re seeking a data-driven Paid Ads Specialist to own and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This is perfect for someone who thrives on analyzing results, testing strategies, and driving measurable business growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that target the right audience, maximize ROI, and scale efficiently. If you’re a performance marketer who enjoys both creativity and analytics, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks.
  • Develop and execute Meta Ads campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage audiences and maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

Optimization & Analysis:

  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROI across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and produce actionable reports weekly and monthly.
  • Test new audiences, formats, and strategies to drive growth.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

  • Stay updated with Google and Meta platform changes, algorithm updates, and new ad formats.
  • Recommend and experiment with new approaches to improve campaign performance.
  • Contribute insights to the wider growth marketing strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
  • Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of $25K–$50K USD.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Supermetrics) and reporting dashboards.
  • Knowledge of CRO, landing page testing, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) is a bonus.

Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Bonus Points:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with other platforms (YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads).
