Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Remote Content Writer to produce high-quality content that builds brand authority and engages our target audience. You’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to craft compelling stories that educate, inspire, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, plan, and write engaging content, including blogs, landing pages, case studies, email sequences, and microcopy.
• Maintain the editorial calendar in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews and desk research to turn complex topics like workplace design, sustainability, and hybrid work technology into clear, accessible content.
• Optimize content for SEO, search intent, and conversion best practices.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools like GA4 and Ahrefs; adjust strategy to improve engagement metrics.
• Collaborate closely with designers and product leads using tools like Figma, Slack, and Loom.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional B2B content writing experience (tech, SaaS, or related).
• Strong portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form writing that educates and persuades.
• Native-level English proficiency with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Solid understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and basic HTML.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of workplace design, office furniture, or SaaS.
• Experience with analytics tools like GA4 and Ahrefs.
• Basic design skills and familiarity with Figma or UI principles.
